At Veloura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at businesshelprestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us at businesshelprestore@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: final sale items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
